Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, all Alsahra Jewelry comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss.

To maintain brilliance, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your pieces in the provided microfiber pouch and clean gently with a soft, dry cloth after use.
